The client has the right to purchase and supply own materials and estimate will be adjusted as required (Work will not begin unless all materials are safely and securely delivered and stored on site)

If clients choose to supply their own materials which are not recommended by the builder, the builder will not be liable to any damage or loss due to any inadequate materials

If additional materials are required, this will be discussed as the earliest opportunity to ensure any additional costs/time are agreed

If once work has begun, additional work is identified to ensure work complies with legislation, the client will be informed in writing at the earliest opportunity

Unless agreed in advance or due to delay of supplies, days worked cannot be guaranteed to be consecutive

A day rate is based on an 7hr day per person

Once agreed, requests for changes or additional work must be requested by submitting an email, whereby any agreed additional costs will be amended

It is the responsibility of the worker on site to carry out risk assessments and to alert client at earliest opportunity if the working area becomes a danger or a hazard to either themselves or/and others

The client has a duty to provide access and a safe working area

If work is delayed due to not gaining access by no fault of the workmen, additional costs may be incurred, this would be discussed at the earliest opportunity

Travel cost are included unless otherwise stated

The Builder will attempt to restore using existing materials when requested, however builder will not be liable for any damages in the attempt to restore (including any surrounding areas)

If any of the work completed is to receive extra high volume of use, the client must make this clear before any work is undertaken
